Internet Sales Representative (BDC)
We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our Business Development Center (BDC) team! As an internet sales representative, you’ll play a key role in driving dealership traffic and supporting the sales team by handling internet leads and customer outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Scheduling and confirming appointments for the sales team
- Responding promptly to incoming internet inquiries via email, phone (voice), and text
- Conducting follow-up on all unsold leads (short- and long-term)
- Accurately logging all customer interactions in CRM software
- Maintaining product knowledge of all Toyota models and accessories
Your Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience
- Impeccable written and verbal communication skills
- A strong desire and ability to help customers down the path to the sale!
